2020 Toyota Highlander

The new 2020 Toyota Highlander has arrived to Kentville Toyota. All-new and completely redesigned, it was introduced to the Nova Scotia market earlier this year and comes with a host of improvements that make it better than ever for your family.

First Highlander generation to be built on the revolutionary platform of the new global architecture of Toyota (TNGA), the new 2020 Toyota Highlander has multiple advantages compared to previous generations. These include better performance, increased agility as well as a smooth and silent ride.

For 2020, the Highlander is still available with a powerful V6 engine or a new generation hybrid powertrain. The 3.5-litre V6 develops 295 horsepower and 263 lb-ft of torque. It is mated to the 8-speed Direct Shift automatic transmission, while the Highlander Hybrid has a fuel-efficient 2.5-liter DOHC 4-cylinder engine and two electric motors. With a total system power of 243 horsepower, the 2020 Toyota Highlander hybrid still offers the best fuel efficiency in its segment with a fuel consumption rating of 6.7 L/100 km.

In terms of the different versions, the gasoline Highlander is available in five models, Highlander L, LE AWD, XLE AWD, Limited AWD and Platinum AWD. As for the Highlander hybrid, consumers have the choice between four models: Highlander hybrid LE AWD, XLE AWD, Limited AWD and finally, Platinum AWD.

The complete transformation of the new Highlander 2020 also continues in the cabin with a more modern design. Besides, the interior offers high-end materials that make it the most luxurious Highlander to date.
