I purchased a new 2024 Toyota Tacoma sport+ in late September this year. Not only is the truck amazing the customer service and professionalism represented by the folks there and especially my product advisor Eric Spooner was phenomenal. He knew the vehicle inside and out, guided me through every single feature, demonstrated patience, and guided me through every step of the process. I can’t recommend Kentville Toyota enough. Very impressed that Kentville Toyota has a LIVE human answering your phone. I have called twice over the past month and on both occasions I was greeted by a real person and they transferred my call to yet another person who answered in a timely and wlecoming fashion. Kentvile Toyota is a refreshing welcome in 2025 when most dealerships have lost that important informed human element... when you have a specific question or you don't know exactly who to ask for.
The service staff always go above and beyond. So friendly and accommodating! Special shout out to Bonnie in the service dept. Always such a pleasure to deal with :)

Derek Hull was an amazing sales representitive who helped me swiftly pick out one of Toyota Kentville's certified used vehicles. He was always helpful, cheerful and eager to let me know about all Toyota has to offer. I would reccomend this experience to anyone seeking a vehicle. Jeff Neaves was excellent in the financing department as well.
